Meh. Not bad. They’re fine but not super flavorful without the fish sauce on the side. In comparison with the rest of the menu it’s just not worth ordering these

Delicious but not for the faint of heart. Obviously lots of meat here and if you’re not ready to see a big ol’ bone you have to scrape the marrow out of then you can’t handle this one

LOVED, especially with the corn and chili oil add-ons that are recommended. Definitely ask for extra egg, those soy marinated eggs are amazing

Very flavorful dry rub, nicely fried so the outside is crispy but the inside is nice and juicy and falls right off the bone. The dipping sauce is not that good imo but you don’t need it. Will warn the gluten-free aspect of these is wishy-washy. They told us it was gluten free when we ordered but then the server waited til after we got the dish to clarify they still use the same oil that was used for gluten stuff
