“Very flavorful dry rub, nicely fried so the outside is crispy but the inside is nice and juicy and falls right off the bone. The dipping sauce is not that good imo but you don’t need it. Will warn the gluten-free aspect of these is wishy-washy. They told us it was gluten free when we ordered but then the server waited til after we got the dish to clarify they still use the same oil that was used for gluten stuff”
